I am renting out a double room in Forest Hill on a 6 month contract, possible for it to be extended.

**HOUSEMATES**
Current tenant is just me and my little cockapoo Nala! I’m 34 and work in Tech / E-Commerce as an EA, I’m usually fairly busy catching up with friends, going to the pub, exhibitions, running, swimming etc

Nala is a very loveable cockapoo, she thrives on cuddles and attention, she loves long walks and using humans as a pillow on the sofa.

**LOCATION**
This lovely 2-bed flat is in a great location, with Forest Hill Overground station just a 6 min walk away... 4 mins if you're in a rush like I usually am!

Horniman Museum & Gardens is 12 mins from the flat which is absolutely beautiful, such a nice space for a post-work evening picnic with some wine, or just a little stroll to visit the llamas and enjoy the view. They also have a Sunday farmers market there which is lovely.

Sydenham Hill Woods / Dulwich Woods is approx a 12 min walk away which makes for a nice bit of countryside time, and is a lovely walk to get you to Dulwich with a pub at the other side.

Forest Hill Pools is literally a 1 min walk from the flat which is so convenient if you’re into gymming or swimming... they also have lots of classes.

Forest Hill is great, it’s quiet and leafy but full of cosy pubs and cute cafes, all of which are just a 5 min walk from the flat.

**TRANSPORT**
Forest Hill is served by the Overground line and National rail trains so you can get to London Bridge in 18 mins, and Shoreditch in around 20 mins and Highbury & Islington in about 27 mins. There are also lots of trains going south and getting to Gatwick is super easy, in about 45 mins.

Dulwich, Catford, Honor Oak, Brockley are all about a 20 min walk away so it’s a lovely area to be in to be able to explore the surrounding areas.

The flat has one bathroom with a bath and shower, a spacious, open-plan well-equipped kitchen and living room.

The room: This spacious, airy & bright room contains a double bed, large wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers. There is also space to fit in a desk & chair.
