Unfortunately, I am looking for 2 new flatmates to fill in the flat that I am currently living in. 3 bed flat situated in Forest Hill.
The flat is located in Forest Hill, a 7-8 min walk from Forest Hill Overground Station. (15-20 min train journey to London Bridge)
There are 2 rooms available to rent: a single and a double room. Both rooms come furnished. A lovely shared living room area that comes with a balcony.
I am in my 30's, a professional (script supervisor, chef, actor, and packer atm - Corona), and looking for like-minded people.
Bills are not included in rent but they come to around 90-120 depending on the season.
Also, Deposit is one month's rent in advance.
