Friendly flat share in Forest Hill

Hi guys,

We are Ruby and Liv, two 24yo who have been pals since uni. Ruby is a science teacher at a local secondary school and Liv is a Business Analyst and so works from home full time at the moment.

We love going out for dinners and drinks with friends, cooking, and (when we can be bothered) going to the gym or for jogs. Our weeknights are pretty chill, but we are always up for a wine and gossip night!

We are looking for an easygoing young professional who will want to join in on the occasional movie and wine night, and fit in with the friendly and relaxed vibe of the flat, while still respecting everyone’s space.

Ruby has lived in the flat for 3yrs already, so we know the landlord is super friendly and helpful! The room is a good size, around 4.6m x 2.75m with nice natural light.

The flat is located on Honor Oak Road so is a 8 minute walk to Forest Hill station which can get you to London Bridge in 20 mins, there is also on road parking available. There is a Tesco Express and a large Sainsbury’s within a 5 minutes walk from the flat. Rent is £666 a month with all the additional bills costing around £80 a month.
