Double bedroom with stunning view & garden

Hello,

Looking for a flatmate from 3rd September to share my 2 bed maisonette. It's in between Honor Oak & Forest Hill (10 min walk from each). The bedroom is a good size double & newly painted. You can see views of the London skyline & a lovely evening sunset.

There's a kitchen and separate bright & spacious living area. And upstairs there's a shared bathroom. The house has a private garden that gets sun all day and has a fire pit/bbq.

I'm an Event Producer working from home with a couple of days in the office a week. I enjoy making the most of the local parks, restaurants & pubs, and try to get in lots of trips too.

As well as me (Georgia), there's a cuter housemate, Pearl. My 1 and a half year old cockapoo. She's very well behaved and sociable, listens to instructions and enjoys a good cuddle.

I'm looking for a friendly, easy going, tidy housemate who likes to socialise occasionally. Dog lovers are a bonus!
