*2* Rooms in Large Modern House in Forest Hill

Hi, I'm moving out to be closer to work, looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my rooms in this large house in Forrest Hill.

Unusual arrangement of one medium double bedroom and a smaller office room, they're only available together.

Usually people use the small room as an office, but I switched it around and have the larger rooms as a private living room/office and use the small room as a bedroom, but you're free to do what you'd like!

So the room with the blue sofa and desk would be totally yours.

It's technically unfurnished but a bed, desk, tv stand, and clothes hanger/draws will be left behind.

The house mates are a lovely bunch, a couple of actors and a theatre prop maker, we do like to hang out now and again for a drink/film/chat but not a party household or anything like that and all have our own lives etc. etc..

House has 2 bathrooms + 1 extra loo, with a shared living room, a huge driveway, huge kitchen and garden.

Bills are about £100 a month for internet and utilities.

It's literally right next door to the Horniman gardens, and a stones throw from Sydenham Forest if you're into nature.

Lots of pubs cafes, and restaurants 10 mins walk away in Forest Hill, and much more in nearby Peckham or East Dulwich.

Forrest Hill Overground is 10 mins walk away or we are well served by buses.
