Small but cosy room available in my 2 bed flat

I have recently bought and moved into this flat. I am looking for someone to help me make it a home, and share the space with. It has a balcony and part ownership of a double garage which is the size for two cars so plenty of space to store extra things if you need to. I work in fashion, managing a Store for a Men's and Women's clothing brand. Outside of work I regularly go to the gym, play football, meet pals, go to saunas and I am also learning French, which I have been doing for a few years now (I'm still average though).

The room is currently Part Furnished (I can provide a wardrobe on request) Mattress and bed frame already in the room with ability to store boxes underneath the bed but this can also be stored in the garage if you prefer to use your own.

I am looking for a pretty low-key, easy going person who Ideally doesn't work from home but if they do then 1-2 days a week max.
