The room is a good sized, first floor room and over looks the garden.

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with a shared lounge with TV. The kitchen/diner has lots of storage and all necessary appliances and there is a garden with patio area.

There are two bathrooms and an additional loo on the ground floor, so no queues in the morning !

Unrestricted on street Parking is available at the front of the house and the surrounding streets.

Ideally you will be a busy professional with your own life who wants to live somewhere decent with people, who you can chat to/ socialise with, if you feel like it or have peace and quiet by yourself if you don't.

Housemates are a mixed bag of professionals who all get along well and have been known to go to the pub together occasionally.

The rent includes all bills and charges, regular cleaning of the shared areas, gardening and superfast speed broadband. There is a "one off" £40 fee that covers admin..
