The room is very big and spacious and has two windows including a large bay. It is furnished with good quality modern furniture and is clean and light.

Current Housemates are a friendly bunch of young professionals, who each met when each moved into the house and who get on well together but all have their own busy lives.

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable has a shared lounge with large TV. The kitchen/diner has lots of storage and all necessary appliances and over looks a pretty garden with patio area.

There are two bathrooms and an additional loo on the ground floor, so no queues in the morning !

Off Street Parking is available at the front of the house and is unrestricted in the surrounding streets.

Ideally you will be a professional who wants to live somewhere clean and pleasant with people who you can chat to/ socialise with, if you feel like it, or have peace and quiet by yourself if you don't.

The rent includes all bills and charges, weekly cleaning of the shared areas, gardening and High Speed broadband.
