About the flat/room:
Double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom in a 2-bedroom flat near Hampstead Heath.
The double bedroom comes fully furnished and has an ensuite bathroom. This flat has a shared large kitchen and even larger living room with a dining area. We are also lucky enough to have access to a shared community garden which is currently getting a lot of sun!
The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a couple of elusive London objects- a dishwasher, big freezer, a pizza peel, even a dryer... you name it!
Our area:
Lovely quiet and safe area very near to Hampstead Heath and other parks. We're close to a few high streets with great pubs/shops/and restaurants. We also have loads of corner shops, gym, a Tesco express, pubs and a few restaurants within a few minutes walk of the flat.
Another plus is living close to Finchley Road O2 centre with a massive Sainsburys (so big it has a mini Argos), Vue cinema (5 pounds on a Monday!), and other shops.
About us:
My girlfriend Paula and I (Lucas) live in the other double bedroom. We are 25-26 and both full-time professionals. I work in Research and Development at a Biology Company and Paula works in executive search. We are very friendly and easygoing - yet still clean and respectful!
We are looking for a likeminded people to live with. We love doing things as a flatshare including stay-at-home dinners, drinks, watching sports/movie nights... but also looking forward to doing outdoor/post-quarantine activities. Of course we also sometimes just want to have some time for ourselves and we respect when people want some privacy or rest.
About you:
We are looking for someone or a couple (ideally young professionals) that is between 23-30 years old so that we can hang out together from time to time. If you are interested please write us a message telling us a little bit about yourself.
The rent price for one person is 680. The rent price for a couple is 800 pounds, meaning 400 per person. Bills are not included (happy to go into more detail further on).
