Double Room in West Hampstead

Hello :)

This is a long-term contract of a minimum of a year. We are flexible on the dates: move-in can be any time between 26 September and 1 October.

Potentially looking for someone interested in buying some of the furniture (desk chair, kallax, stool, clothes bar, wooden monitor stand, HEMNES Chest of 6 drawers)

The room is part of a house in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We have a nice garden with a pond. The kitchen is big with plenty of appliances and storage space. The living room is quite big too, there's a piano and a dinner table where we normally eat. There are three floors, the room is in the mid one, we all share two bathrooms and a loo.

There are already 5 people living in the house, they all work in arts and are normally working from home. It might sound crowded but the house is so spacious that potentially you can go days without seeing anyone. We are quite close though and usually like to dine together and organise dinners with friends. The house has a family vibe.

The house is just 2 minutes away from a Tesco Express and 10 minutes away from many grocery shops, charity shops and pubs/restaurants. There's a farmers market every Saturday. We are 15 minutes away from Hampstead Village and the Heath.
