Large double bedroom available to rent in our home. Lovely airy room with plenty of natural light and built-in closets.

There is a private bathroom shared between just the two lodgers' rooms. Also a large new fridge in the kitchen for lodgers to use.

We are Jim and Sarah, a software engineer and a pastry chef, both working in central London. In our mid-30s, clean and easy going. We like eating in the garden in the summer and cycling out of London on the weekends.

Fast internet included and reaches the whole of the house over the wifi. Also have a house cleaner coming every other week to do the ground floors.

Lovely living room with TV (Netflix) and garden with outdoor furniture for eating outside in the summer. Also a separate dining room for if you want friends over for dinner. Small laundry room with washing machine and drying area also available for use by lodgers.

Looking for friendly professionals or maybe students. Literally a 3 minute walk to New Southgate train station, which goes into either Kings Cross or Moorgate within about 25 minutes. 10 Minute walk to Arnos Grove on the Piccadilly line.

There's also plenty of secure bicycle storage if you need it and a double driveway with parking space available to rent for an extra £50.
