We are a boutique property company specialising in luxury house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home. Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding, only one tenant per room.

We are not an agency, we are the landlords office. As such unlike most agencies, we do not take commission or charge any fees. To keep it simple, all you pay is one month's rent upfront and a £800 security deposit.
