- The room comes with an en-suite bathroom with built in cupboard space and walk in shower.
-The room has dimmable lighting, USB points and black out blinds complete with curtains,
-There is also a tall bookshelf space for additional storage at the side of the bed.

About The Flat
- I purchased the flat about three years ago so everything is pretty new and I've furnished the flat like my own place rather than a rental so it has a real homely feel to it!
-The kitchen is brand new and comes equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Sky TV and is also complete with cooking utensils and dishware if needed. There is also a large dining table to seat around 6 people.
- There is a beautiful reception room with a fireplace, large Sky TV and Sonos sound system connected around the flat.
- There is a private garden space which has recently been refurbished and comes complete with BBQ and a table to seat six people.
-There is also additional loft space if you need to store large items like suitcases etc.
-Super residential area on a quiet street with lovely neighbours and we also have RING security.

-15 mins walk from Putney Bridge or Hammersmith station and 30 mins walk from Parsons Green
-Local buses to South Kensington, Fulham and Bakerloo
-Local corner shop less than a 1min walk away from the flat; also has an ATM machine and post office.
-Plenty of lovely cafes and brunch spots around Fulham and close to Bishop’s Park
-Charing Cross hospital is less than a 10min walk from the flat

Hi there! I'm Kim, the owner of the flat and currently work as a fashion buyer near White City. I live with my fiancé Charlie who works in recruitment in the City. We're both very friendly, sociable and easy-going people looking for a like-minded flatmate who will treat our home like their own. We enjoy hanging at the local pub but also kicking back with a glass of wine and a movie at home at the end of a long day. We’re looking for a working professional who is friendly and respectful of both their own and shared space but who also doesn't bring the party home! We're looking for a flatmate for a min of 6 months.
