Subleasing my spareroom from October to 8 February 2020 with the option to renew (and add you to the lease) after that.
*The House:*
It’s a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Fulham. It is in a gated mews less than 5 min walk from Fulham Broadway station and several buses (10min walk to Overground in West Brompton). So it has great transportation links.
Fulham is great. Lots of restaurants, Market Hall, Chelsea Ski and Rock Climbing, Chelsea Football Stadium, gyms, dance and pilate/yoga studios, Eel brook Common.
*Your Room:*
-Your room is a small double room. There is space downstairs if you want to keep additional storage.
-You have your own bathroom with a tub.
-Rent: £1000/month.
-Bills included: water, gas, electricity and broadband (80mbps = fast).
-Deposit is £1315, returned within 24 hours of moving out (minus any damages).
*Your Flatmate*
-I occupy the other bedroom. I’m 32yr old female work in analytics for a pharma company out west, occasionally work from home and travel.
-I try to stay active (pilates, tag rugby) but enjoy wine and netflix as well.
-I’m planning on bringing my 18month old labrador retriever (currently staying at my brother’s) back in the next month or so.
