We are looking 2 new housemates to join our 4 bed maisonette. Sadly our housemates are leaving to be closer to their work.

The property is modern and fully furnished with 2 large communal areas. The kitchen is spacious with a good sized dining table to eat at. Upstairs there is an open plan living room with doors opening out onto the roof terrace, a lovely space in the summer.

Two double rooms with built in storage and one with an ensuite.

Room 2 with no ensuite shares a bathroom with only one other person.

We are lucky to have a very attentive landlord who is only a text away when needed!

Located just off Fulham Palace Road, bus stop immediately outside the house. Short distance from 3 stations - Putney Bridge, Hammersmith and Putney. Also less than 5 minute walk to the river and Bishops Park.

We are looking for friendly, tidy and considerate housemates. We really enjoy spending time together in the evenings and sometimes on the weekends. However also respect each others space and appreciate we have our own social groups! We are both working professionals who like to relax at home and see friends!
