My housemates and I are moving out of this 2 bedroom maisonette which is ideal for either couples or single occupancy.

The flat is a first and second floor maisonette of a semi-detached house, ideally located 2 mins walk from Parsons Green tube station and 8 mins walk from Fulham Broadway tube station. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, and pubs.

The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, and fridge), living room (with a small balcony), bedroom, and a bathroom (with a bath/shower). The second floor consists of a bedroom and another bathroom (with a walk-in shower). There is also street parking outside.

The flat was initially rented as unfurnished which we have furnished over the last three years of living there. With our departure some of the furniture will be up for sale (at a very decent price) and some of it we will leave behind free of charge if you would like to keep it. This is all up for negotiation.

Nearest gyms are David Lloyd’s (8 min walk), Pure Gym (5 min walk), The Gym (5 min walk), and Virgin Active (15 min walk).

Bills for the whole flatcome to £245 per month. This includes Broadband, Rates, Gas, Electric, and Water.
