Hi all!

I'm moving out of my room in this lovely flat and need a female to replace me asap.

It's a great flat with a large and modern kitchen/diner/living room which opens up into the garden, plus there are two lovely bathrooms, a separate third toilet and a storage area.

Very safe area in a great location (10-15 minutes walk to Fulham Broadway tube, or a 5-10 minute walk to Imperial Wharf Overground). Very good bus links 2 minutes from the house as well.

The house is on Stephendale road, a few doors down from the Sands End pub and less than a minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's.

The current housemates are lovely girls, all professionals, respectful and easygoing. Ideal for a female who likes to get together for a bit of dinner/chatting etc but also happy to chill on their own.

I don't have pics of the room yet but it's a good sized double!
