We are moving out of our lovely flat here in Sands End this coming September. Our current flatmate is also returning to Australia at the end of September so a third room will be up for grabs shortly after this too! Ideal perhaps for two friends looking for a flatshare or three if one person can wait a month!

The flat: it is in the heart of Sands End (Fulham). In the last couple of years, the flat has been re-fitted with a new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets everywhere and a new boiler. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a large lounge and a big eat-in kitchen. There is one bathroom with a shower and a toilet and an additional small toilet. The bedroom available is a double bedroom with plenty of built in storage (please see photos!). Additionally, there is a lot of storage available around the flat as there is a big loft area accessible from the room.
NB: One double bedroom does not include a mattress (double bedroom 3), therefore this will be need to purchased by the prospective tenant (or there is a single mattress in the loft).
Double bedroom 2 has the same dimensions as double bedroom 1 (photos not included).

The area: The house is located in a quiet residential area with good links to central London. The closest stations are Imperial Wharf (for Overground) and Wandsworth Town where you can take a train to Waterloo and Vauxhall, and the closest tube station is Fulham Broadway (about 10 min walk). There is a bus stop near the house with buses going to Clapham Junction and Earl's Court. Additionally, there is a big Sainsbury's 5 minutes down the road and smaller shops on Wandsworth Bridge Road.

The small print: Move in date will be on or after 2nd September (if you wish to move later this month), however rent for September will need to be paid in full. Rent is £667 a month and bills will likely be no more than £70/month (depending on if you pay council tax). The deposit is £769 and will be held with a deposit scheme as the flat is managed by an agency. The agency will require a bit more info such as proof of employment and salary (proof of duration of study for students).
