We have a room opening up in our 4 bedroom terraced home in Fulham available August 9th! It’s a 6-7 min walk to imperial warf (Mildmay) and 12-15 min walk to Fulham broadway (district). We live in a safe gated development with a communal garden and shared back patio space, and we have a parking space if it’s needed. You’ll be living with 3 girls in our mid 20s and we enjoy hanging out over homemade ice cream (ninja creami!) and going on the occasional outing when our schedules line up. I also have a very sweet indoor cat!

The room
- Massive master bedroom with sun facing windows on the first floor (entire floor to yourself!)
- Spacious en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, and freestanding bathtub)

- A TON of built in wardrobe storage

The house
- Ground floor has an open plan kitchen and living room with a lot of natural light
- Kitchen has all the standard appliances (plus a few of our own) including a dishwasher

Rent
- £1400 per month
- Bills come out to be around £100 (water, wifi, electricity, council tax)
