We have a large and modern double room fresh to the market, it has plenty of storage space and looks out over the garden. It also has a brand new mattress never slept on before.

It is owned by a live out landlord (Richard and his sister Jody). We are seeking the right person to join what we call the Breer street family.

Over the years, Breer street has become infamous for creating beautiful friendships in a relaxed and quiet environment.

You will be sharing a house with three other super friendly, warm and welcoming professional females, all of whom are work outside of the home.

The house is large, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a beautiful living room and large modern kitchen that has a second t. v. There are multiple rooms to socialise in or relax in without stepping on each other’s toes.

You’ll also have access to a lovely garden—a perfect spot for enjoying sunny days.

Your new home comes with all the modern comforts you could need, including fast Wi-Fi, Reverse Osmosis water filter, Netflix, a separate tumble dryer, multiple TV rooms, and a dishwasher.

The bathroom you’ll use is large, bright, and modern, featuring both a separate shower and bathtub for your convenience. Your bedroom offers plenty of space, with a double bed, large sash windows letting in lots of natural light, and ample storage for your belongings.

The property is in a fantastic area with two large parks close by, a large sainsburies, cafes and organic butchers just a stone's throw away. You’ll also find excellent transport links. The house is about a 10-minute walk from Imperial Wharf, Wandsworth Town, and Parsons Green stations, plus there are 4-5 bus routes right on the doorstep.

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible individual who will contribute to the positive atmosphere we’ve cultivated. It’s not a party house and it’s kept super clean. Everyone enjoys dinner together and a glass of wine when diaries align.
