Single rooms, 1min from Fulham Broadway station!

Quiet, cozy home, less than a minute from: the tube station, lots of bus routes, a big Sainsbury’s and a pharmacy. Front door is almost visible from Fulham Road, so feels very safe, without the noise of the traffic. Quiet, considerate, friendly live-in landlady looking for new flatmates. One room (about 8 by 8 foot) available from the 23rd.

The room has lots of storage, and a small double bed. Access to lovely big living room with lots of books, kitchen with all mod cons, and a dining nook, balcony, and separate toilet room (with sink) and bathroom (with sink and bath/shower). The flat is a really nice refurbished ex-council maisonette, split over two floors, very homey. The living room and the dining nook both have TV/DVD players and Netflix.

We’re two girls, looking for a third person. I’m American/English, 40, friendly, enthused and respectful, live-in landlady. I have low energy so not always up to hanging out. Am a super-quiet night-owl. I’m bi and a big ol' lefty (not a big debater, thanks). I love learning languages (mostly Italian), watching tv shows in different languages, and chatting to neighbours. My flatmate is 29, a lawyer and like walking and nature (she often goes for weekend walks and walking holidays), reading (mainly sci-fi), yoga, film, video games (but not online co-op games so not talking to anyone on headphones) and sightseeing round London. And is super awesome nice.

Looking for someone LGBTQIA-friendly, likes a chat from time to time, a non-smoker who doesn’t drink a lot, and has regular working or student hours. Also hopefully someone who also likes their sleep (likes quiet at night).

Access info:
The most direct route to the flat includes steps but there is a longer route with step-free access. The flat is on two floors. Bathroom and toilet room are on the same floor as the bedrooms.
