This is a lovely double room, full of natural light in this spacious 740sq ft flat. The set up is absolutely perfect for working from home as there are two chilled out areas - a large shared sitting room with desk and kitchen/diner. This immaculate flat is on a quiet residential road, off the New Kings Road, Fulham and within 4 mins walk to Putney Bridge Station, Bishops Park and the river Thames. Parsons Green is also a few minutes walk away.

Please note that this bedroom is larger than appears in the photo as I am not a great photographer. It is however a small double. It has a normal size double bed with Feather and Black mattress, bedside table and an extremely large chest of drawers. Albeit a squeeze, there is space for a small desk instead of having a bedside table. There is plenty of storage for hanging additional clothes, coats and bags in the large built in cupboard in the hallway, right outside this bedroom. This room is painted white with newish grey carpets.

This room and the entire flat are carpeted with very good quality grey carpets. There are masses of storage in the flat. The shared facilities are simply stunning.

The shared sitting room is modern with period features and high ceiling. it has plenty of daylight and is very sunny, spacious with large windows across one wall. It has two large comfy sofas, coffee table, book shelves, TV. (belongs to one of the flatmates but happy for all to use it. There is a desk in the sitting room for working at home. You are welcome to take this to your room as currently only one person is working occasionally from home and he is happy to work in the kitchen or his own bedroom.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. All the appliances are in perfect condition. Boiler is still under guarantee and very energy efficient.

The bathroom is modern and stunning with a shower in the bath, heated mirror, heated towel rail and silent extractor fan. Gas central heating throughout the flat with thermostatic control in each room. There is Broadband and TV.

The flat is in a well kept Victorian small block of flats and in a desirable and safe area of Fulham. It is less than 5mins walk to Putney Bridge tube, 11 minutes walk to Parsons Green, plenty of buses to West End and about 10mins walk to Putney BR. The area is great and close to all amenities, bars and cafes etc that Putney and Fulham have to offer.

Parking: there are no lack of spaces on the road and adjacent areas. However you will need a resident parking permit from the council as a resident. It is not very expensive and the application is very straight forward.

There is no bike space in the flat or in the building and you cannot store the bike in the flat. However, there are plenty of bike stands at Putney Bridge Station (4mins walk away) where you could park your bike for free or paid storage bike sheds.

You will be sharing with only two others - male and female professions. Ages range from mid 20s to late 20s. They are easy going, kind, tidy, sociable and mindful of your need for personal time. They would like to share with someone that would treat the flat as a home and happy to share the occasional banter, bottle of wine or beer. They are great sports fan and like to keep fit.
