A beautifully decorated double room with private en-suite bathroom in a pretty Victorian cottage on the Kings Road, SW6. Single occupancy, Mon to Fri only. £205 per week to include unlimited superfast broadband, own Sky Q box, weekly cleaner, regularly laundered sheets and towels and all utility bills (excluding landline).

The accommodation, which is on its own floor, features a double bedroom with super comfy bed, built-in hanging space, armchair and reading lamp, chest of drawers and flat screen TV with Sky Q and Freeview. Triple glazed window with black-out blind ensures a restful night's sleep. There's a large en-suite private bathroom (bath with wall-mounted shower, loo, sink unit with ample storage for toiletries). The area is accessed via a private staircase and also features a small lobby area with bookcase.

We're a quiet household which would suit a professional person who likes to lead a quiet life during the week and is looking for a clean, elegant, safe and easily accessible central London base Monday to Friday.

The house is in a fantastic location on the Kings Road with immediate access to loads of great restaurants, bars and shops. It's also just a few doors away from a very handy 24 hour grocery store.

Beautifully decorated house with all amenities. We would prefer to keep the sitting room private (we're looking for more of a lodger than a flat-mate) but full use of large eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, American fridge freezer, microwave) as well as to a pretty walled garden.
