Gorgeous Double Room in Fulham!

Hi,

*ROOM:

A spacious double room, furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers and a free-standing wardrobe. There is also a fireplace (doesn't work, but it gives the room a cool vintage look ;) You won’t need to walk sideways in here like in most flats in London. The room overlooks the courtyard so there is no noise from the street.

*FLAT:
We are situated in the charming and popular area of Fulham Munster Village! :) 2nd floor, nice and bright, laminated floors, shared kitchen, corridor and bathroom. Large kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine-dryer, big fridge and freezer, microwave, and the usual utensils.. There's also a comfy sofa you can chill on and a dining table with chairs. Bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

*FLATMATES:
Ideally would be a professional girl in their mid-twenties or older. It is crucial that you are laid back, clean and respectful. Extra furniture can usually be sorted out if needed as long as it is available. One of the flatmates is on her late twenties, working from home. The other flatmate is a Dutch girl in her mid twenties.

*TRANSPORT AND FACILITIES:
Parsons Green 10 min away and Fulham Broadway station 15 mins walking distance (both District line) or 5 min on the bus, Hammersmith (Piccadilly, Ham&City, District lines) is 5 bus stops (20 min walk) away, plus numerous bus stops w/ day, night and 24hrs buses (220, 211, 295, 74, 430, N74, N97, N11 and 190).
There are restaurants, bars, off licenses, cafes, hairdressers etc all within 5 min walk as well as numerous local supermarkets (we have all kinds of local supermarkets, like tescos, co-op, sainsburys and waitrose available within walking distance, so food-shopping is not an issue!:) A swimming pool, gyms, parks, a long river-path, Cinemas, Pubs all at short walking distance too.

*RENT:
Rent is payable in advance 680 GBP covering the bills for internet, water, council tax, tv licence. Bills payable on top are electricity, which is a pre-paid stick and needs to be topped up about every 3,5 weeks with £10 from each room, and gas bill which comes every 3 months and varies depending on the season.
One months’ rent is to be paid up front together with deposit of £685. There is no time requirement for the rental, but someone long term would be preferable as it is just easier for everyone. You get your deposit back from the new person that will replace you, which you help find whenever you are ready to move on.
