This room takes sole occupancy over the top level of this stunning terraced house.

All of the housemates are professionals and spend most of their time out of the house at work during the week.

We are looking for a professional couple or single to fill this gorgeous room.

The room is available early December as the current residents are on the move to Brighton.

The room and house comes furnished and had a cleaner that comes weekly to clean communal areas - bathrooms included.

We’re located on the stunning Kimbell Gardens across the road from Fulham Palace Park and a short walk from the Thames walk.

The closest tube is Putney Bridge or Parsons Green and is about a 10 min walk away.

This room will be let by an agent and the current tenants are looking for the new residents.

The rent is £980 and is paid every 4 weeks.
The agency will provide a payment schedule along maintenance services and cleaning.

Deposit is 5 weeks rent £1225.

You will need to pay a deposit and a months rent in advance.

You will need to complete a reference check before being offered a tenancy.
