Nice, warm and cozy very large double room

Hi there!
Here is our lovely flat, you can look at all the pictures we took so you can have a clearer idea of how our place is.
We are three people and one baby on the way (but not just yet, he/she will arrive in October 🥰) and we know each other for years so we are also very good friends!!!
We are from Italy, Philippines and Hungary and very happy to welcome another nationality as well if that’s the case :)
Plus our little puppy Winston (always super playful ahahah).

A bit about us:
As I said, we have been amazing friends for quite a long time. We have been living together for years and so we know each other very well and we also respect each other a lot, which we believe is key for a peaceful sharing situation.
We love spending time together listening to nice music and watching a movie as well as cooking different types of food or sharing different opinions whilst enjoying a beer.
We are very welcoming people and very open minded to any kind of culture that we don’t know yet, as long as mutual understating is the pattern :)

A bit about the flat:
Our flat is not just a flat for us, it’s home!
It’s the place where we feel we belong and we love it. We take good care of it as it’s beautiful and warm and we would like to find a new flatmate or a couple who is also responsible. This is actually the only thing we ask, together with being friendly and clean.

The flat is located in an amazing location, 5 minutes walk to Sydenham Hill station, where you can get to London Victoria in exactly 14 minutes and to Brixton in only 7 with trains every 15 minutes all day long. If you want to move locally, the bus stop is just outside our door, the 450 is running every 10-12 minutes and if you miss the last train? No problem! The N3 will take you home straight from central London along with other buses if needed.

Being so well connected gives us the luxury of enjoying the quietness of this area as well as the possibility to meet friends easily and quickly from all around London; only thing we need is choosing whether we want to stay and relax at home (perhaps sipping a beer in our huge communal garden) or going out and get quickly to our destination. Amazing!

The flat itself is very spacious, the living area is furnished with two large sofas and a very big table, so plenty of space; the kitchen is fully equipped and you can (of course) use everything you may need: washing machine with tumble dryer as well as microwave, toaster, slow cooker and many more tools.
We also have a nice and spacious area where we can hang our clothes...if the weather is kind with us :)
Oh yes! I almost forgot: we also have a garage in case you don’t want to leave your car or motorbike outside!!

What else?
Your room: nice, cozy and warm, fresh painted last summer, with two big windows facing the garden and a huge wardrobe on two sides of the room as you can see in the pictures.

The size of the room is about 4.5x4.5 metres, it’s really huge!!!
The price is 790£ for one person/840£ for a couple with all the bills included!!

You also will have a wonderful view from the big kitchen window: you’ll be able to see London and all its lights from this high point.
It really deserves to be seen!
