Big, beautiful double room with ensuite bathroom and super-king bed, in a lovely spacious house with huge garden in Gipsy Hill.

The place has great communal spaces - kitchen/dining/living, also a BBQ area outside for the summer.

Sharing with live-in landlords, a gay couple. There is another room also currently available, so potentially there'll be another housemate arriving in future. We like going out, and also socialising at home, the house is perfect for having friends over. The place is always kept clean and tidy though.

A cleaner comes once a week, and there are cats and (small) dogs living in the house, it's an ideal home for animal loving people. However, please don't apply if you have pets of your own, there are plenty living here already!

Just a 2 minute walk to Gipsy Hill train station (for London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction), and a minute from the 322 bus which goes to Brixton/Clapham. The on-street parking is free.

The rent listed is for single occupancy; for couples it'll be a little higher, please get in touch to discuss.
