near tube (3 lines) and 8mn walk to Hyde Park!

Large, clean double room with desk, high ceilings, and a nice view.

The flat
- Very bright, spacious., clean, quiet, relaxing, homy
- High ceilings
- Fully fitted galley kitchen (shared with me) without a table
- enormous bathroom (Shared with me)
- wifi, dishwasher, washer dryer
- refurbished a few years ago
- Fully equipped and furnished
- Georgian building with luxurious communal areas

Note:

- 3rd floor walk up
- The whole flat is rented in my name - this means you can't go on the lease but I can put a bill in your name if need be for a short while
- only for a single person, occasional guests only (max 2-3 times/month or by separate agreement)
- cleaning not included (allow about £30/month extra).
- Nov-April only: allow roughly £50/month extra for bills.
- storage: room has one large wardrobe, a book case, a chest of drawers, a long mirror, a double bed
-no shared Living Room (its my office and gym), so this will not suit someone who is WFH
-minimal wear and tear
