DOUBLE ROOM IN SOUTH KENSINGTON

Hi everyone,
2 kiwi guys (we are a couple) and 1 Canadian are looking to fill the third room in our abode.

The Room:

£180 per week. Rent can be paid fortnightly or every 4 weeks. While not the biggest room you have ever seen, it can fit everything you need and comes furnished.

The Flat:

It is a basement flat in South Kensington. 5 minute walk to both Gloucester Road and South Ken station.
The flat has plenty windows and skylights, and it’s own private courtyard (smoking ok outside).

Current roommates:
Jd and Ryan have lived here for almost three years, and Steven for one. We are all gay, and all in our 30s. We are all currently working from home most of the week, but are all very felixaeble and accommodating to help each other through the work day!
Our collective interests: music, art, cooking, sci-fi.

About you:
We don’t have any set requirements, but the flat would be a good fit for another gay man. We aren’t a party house, and are trying to create a more home vibe, so would want the same from you. We like to be sociable and fun, while also respecting each other’s space.

The money bit:
Council tax and water is included, but we will pay for our own internet and power. Based on previous months, this would be around £25-30per month per person (based on winter time). We are looking for 6 month+ stay. You would have your own contract with the landlord regarding bond (which is 3 weeks rent, plus paying two weeks upfront), however the lease is already signed for.

The arrangement is with a private landlord, who we have nothing but positive things to say.
