A choice of 2 large bright double rooms and a single room short let only (all single occupancy rooms only - not suitable for couples).


The prices include all bills.

There will just be a max of 2 females sharing a very large kitchen and bathroom. This is the landladies family home so she, I and our family will visit her, and may stay the night on a regular basis.

The house agreement consists of: utilising the central alarm system, limiting your overnight guests to family and close female friends only; removing outdoor shoes upon entry to the house.

You are responsible for sharing the cleaning and maintenance of your own rooms, communal areas and managing the bin / recycling rota with the other occupants. Since we are sharing our family home, our general rule is to treat the house as respectfully as you would your own.

There is access to the garden and bike storage.

It's a family home so there are no locks on bedroom doors and all occupants are trustworthy, conscientious and considerate.

We are seeking quiet responsible females.

The house is very close to parks, shops (Sainsburys) and Golders Green tube and bus station is 2 minutes away (northern line / zone 3). It is a very safe area but, we still take the security of the household very seriously.

The deposit is 4 weeks rent is payable in advance, to secure the room, and is not to be used as rent but is returnable upon check out or within 14 days of departure.
