There are two double rooms coming available in my lovely 3-bedroom fourth floor flat in North West London with very convenient links in a great area - only a 7 minute walk to the Northern line and within a 15 minute walk of the Hampstead Heath extension.
There are two double rooms which will be available as my two current flatmates are moving out. Both of the rooms are fully furnished with standard size double beds.
Room 1 - Small double (£657) - available from the 4th of September but may be potential for flexibility
Room 2- Larger double (£734) - available from the 4th of September
Bills - Are approx. £80-90 a month with council tax on top. The council tax calculation will depend on the number of tenants are professionals/students.
Flat layout and amenities- The flat consists of a bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine where you have access to a shared backyard.
We are very lucky to have a shared living room with two sofas, a table, fireplace and an electric keyboard if you happen to play piano.
The area - The flat is located in the quiet, international residential area of Golders Green. There is a high street nearby with a plethora of different shopping options including Sainsburys, Tesco's as well as several great greengrocers and independent shops. There are also several great cafe's and restaurants to eat out at - all of the above in a 10 minute walk from the flat.
A bit about me - I am a 25 year old professional working in international education and I am looking for friendly flatmates who would like to make flat their home while also giving eachother any space that they might need. In my spare time I like to cook, learn languages, go to markets, relax with friends, visit museums and occasionally go for walks and do yoga.
Ideally I would like to live with either young professionals or students in their mid 20s or 30s who would like a friendly flat share, are reasonably tidy and have some shared interests in common.
I am also LGBTQ+ friendly.
