A double room to rent in a newly refurbished flat just off Hendon Way on The Vale.

The property that has been tastefully designed and consists of two floors (first and second) in a three storey house.

Ground floor is a different flat, also owned by me but running as an AirBnB.

On the first floor there are kitchen / living, hallway, one bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. The second floor has two double bedrooms and a large family bathroom..

The advertisement is for one of the bedrooms that is on the second floor with double bed and wardrobes (for single occupancy only) and one large bathroom that is shared between only these two bedrooms.

As of now this bedroom is available for students or professionals, no couples please.

The kitchen has ample storage for everyone, and there is a washer + dryer and a dishwasher. These bedrooms were being used for AirBnB before so the cleaners are always available if you want them, as are linen services, both at extra cost. You will have to pay share of of council tax £50 per month.

The total monthly outgoing for this room would be £850 plus £50 a month.

Please Google the postcode NW11 to know more about the local facilities and transport connections, these include a direct bus 113 to Central London from in front of the house. Golders Green station is a short walk if you feel up to it, or there are two buses (one every few minutes that will get you there in 5 minutes).
