Very large furnished double room available

Ad ref# 5122144

Very large room (36sqm) with double bed, desk, chair, drawers, etc. available in Temple Fortune, North London. Potentially two sofas and a coffee table available from the guy who's just moved out (they're shown in the photos). £800 per month which includes all bills and wifi (c.75 Mbit). The flat is in a great neighbourhood only 5 minutes walk from Golders Green tube station (Northern line) - which is a few stops to Camden, 20 mins to Bank station/City or the West End. Great local amenities: choice of supermarkets, coffee shops/cafés, restaurants and takeaways. We have a modern kitchen with the usual stuff like a dishwasher, washer dryer machine, coffee machine, etc. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet - both shared amongst all.

Current flatmates are involved in music, craft beer, gym/running/rugby if that's any enticement. All sounds a bit lads lads lads, but tbh the news is always on the TV and we talk about (and get involved in) left-wing politics. We're mates more than flatmates, and even with the WFH situation there's been no arguments. But plenty of Tipping Point watching. Group outings to pub/curry/Korean BBQ/cinema/Budapest pre-COVID have been known...

As the atmosphere is very chilled and relaxed the main thing is for a new person to not be a problem, i. e. we don't want anyone who is going to struggle to pay the rent, be drunk and threatening, move their girlfriend in permanently and then have loud drunken shouting matches with said girlfriend, have noisy friends round staying in their room for a week without giving anyone prior warning - all pretty obvious stuff I'd have thought, but these have cropped up in the past. We're happy to keep the room empty until the right person comes along to keep the current "vibe" (we've got a full size table tennis in there at the moment!). We've all lived together a long time now so the new person would have to fit into the status quo to a certain extent, but we're friendly. And fairly normal.

We are on a main road, but we have double glazing throughout. The kitchen is also our communal area with cinema style motorised recliner seats and a 65" OLED TV, so it's pretty much a combined kitchen and living room. Also there's also an outside area, with bench and barbecue. And realistic fake grass.

Cheers
