Just moved into a big and beautiful newly refurbished duplex 4 bedroom flat and am looking for 3 flatmates to make it a home :)

About the place:
- all bills included (flat has fibre optic broadband)
- my bedroom is an ensuite, so you'll only be sharing the bathroom with the other 2 :)
- nice view to the garden
- really good insulation, so house is nice and warm :)
- lots of communal storage space!

About the area:
- 4min walk to Golders Green station (Nothern line, so really easy access to central London and night tube!)
- 5min walk to both a local Sainsbury's and a big one too
- 2min walk from 24h shop
- national express coach station with direct buses to all London airports

About me:
- nice and easy going young professional
- also a mature student, at uni part time
- easy going and open minded
- like socialising but also respect people's space
- love travelling
