Lovely bright airy room and use of entire large house and garden. The house is refurbished to a high specification and is clean and spacious. It is a semi-detached Victorian house (wood floors, nice lighting, powerful water pressure in shower and bath) near Hampstead Heath, very near Golders Hill Park and Hampstead village. We are just one street away from the NW3 postcode which is Hampstead. We can be flexible on dates either before or after the date on title of advert! This is an easy going, relaxed household where friends and family are welcome, a place you can call home. The house is quiet and peaceful as it's triple glazed. The room overlooks a lovely garden, there is an entire wall of wardrobes in the room. New TV/DVD in the room and fast broadband in the house. Use of fabulous bathroom shared with just one other person, both shower and bath. There are also 2 other separate toilets. Use of entire house and garden. This is a happy household, a 4 double bedroom house, including lounge, kitchen, patio and garden with just 2 other people living in it, sometimes just one other person as other one is often away - covid permitting. There is also a cellar now used for wine and also storage and a large loft for storage, suitcases etc. We cook and entertain from time to time and the house is clean, light and very comfortable. Obviously we observe covid rules. The garden is lovely and in normal times we have friends over and often eat outside in summer. The housemates are easy going and this is a place you can call home where you can relax and unwind, it's also fun as the occupants are supportive of each other and get on together. Everything is supplied including duvets, sheets, towels, towelling dressing gowns etc. Would welcome an English French Japanese, Italian, Canadian, American, Scandinavian, Sri Lankan, or Australian, in fact any decent person. We speak English and reasonable French. The applicant preferred is a professional person or student. We have a new, white Yamaha digital piano, so if you play the piano there is one here. This is a harmonious household, we love music, but we don't bother our housemates with loud music. Friends are welcome and there is a spare room for relatives to stay in free of charge .There are lovely parks nearby, great for running and walking and we virtually back onto Hampstead Heath. We have the convenience of town with the benefit of countryside on our doorstep. Transport links are excellent, both bus and tube and even over-ground train. If you like the place and we like you, we can be flexible on dates. Absolutely everything is included even washing up liquid, loo rolls etc. Garden is maintained and cleaner for communal parts of house is also included. The current occupants enjoy hobbies in the arts, films, sport, design, architecture etc. We run and go to the gym regularly (when Covid allows) and we have house/housemate outings from time to time, again when Covid allows. The garden has been a lifeline during Covid and just to be able to sit outside on the patio or in the garden is an added benefit. Look forward to hearing from you. We love animals too and sometimes walk a friend's dog.
