The flat is very well situated, opposite Goldhawk Road underground station (Circle Line) and 10 mins (approx.) walk from Shepherds Bush station (Overground/Central) and 10 mins walk to Westfield!
The room itself is spacious and is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, and a sofa, and a large built-in wardrobe. You will also have access to an impressively sized kitchen with all the usual mod-cons (oven, microwave, etc..)
You will be sharing the flat with two more tenants.
We are looking for a friendly, clean, quiet easy going housemate to share with.
The rent includes all bills (internet, water, gas, etc..) except electricity which usually comes to around £30-60 per month per person
