I’m leaving this lovely flat at the end of February and need someone too take my place starting March 1st/2nd. The room is massive with plenty space and light - will come furnished with bed and couch can discuss details on viewing. Two other flat mates are great guys who are a mix of WFM and in office. Located between Shepard’s bush and Hammersmith it’s ideal for walking too local shops/pubs etc. Also a gorgoues pub right around the corner. There’s two bathrooms and plenty space in the kitchen for storage! Rent is £700 - bills usually come to around 100-150 depending on season. Looking for a male aged 25-35 with salaried job for letting check :)
