Hi everyone :)

We have a single room available in a 3 bed house property within 7 minutes walking distance to Goodmayes station.

The room is available at the beginning of December and it comes fully furnished as tenant preference.
All bills included!! Council, electricity, gas, water, internet, TV licence

The house has been fully refurbished recently and everything is new.
Fully fitted kitchen, walk in shower, wooden floor, open plan living kitchen
There is free parking space on the road. Quiet residential area.
A great size garden and a massive shed available

A bit about us :)

We are 2 young professional (Melania and David) and a little cat which is the princess in the house.
We are both working full time and we like to spend time together, always up for a chat and a laugh.
We are easy going, very friendly, we also respect each others privacy.

Transport links are great, 7 minutes to Goodmayes station and shops around within walking distance such as Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury.
