Lovely Double Room! Gospel Oak (Camden)

I have a very nice double room in a maisonette in a period house overlooking a private garden It suits someone looking for a clean, safe, healthy and friendly place to stay. Available from 15 Sept onwards.

NB The room shown in the photos is different to the one available. I will update the the photos/ video shortly.

The room is painted white, wooden floored and fully-furnished. There is a desk and chair, bed (with linen, duvet etc if required) and a huge smart TV. There is a clothes rail and chest of drawers. Also a lamp and lovely armchair., There is a large bay window with wooden shutters and and high ceilings.

The house is painted with Eco-paint and all cleaning materials used are eco-sensitive. Ceramic pots and frying pans are available for cooking. We have a no-shoes rule in the house, to keep it clean.

Please note I have a small pug dog who lives in the flat with us!

All bills are included, including internet. To vastly lower EMFs in the property, the internet is wired connection and ethernet cables/ attachments are provided for laptops/ Macs, allowing a super fast connection via very high speed broadband. There is an attachment used to allow a phone connection via internet. if needed

There is also a cleaner provided once a week.

The flat has an eat in kitchen with lots of cooking equipment (no microwave!). It has a dishwasher and a washer/ dryer and there is also a washing line in the garden. The flat has a clean bathroom and lavatory,

The private garden has a sun lounger, table and chair and various fitness equipment, like a mini trampoline, weights etc.

The location is excellent. 2 minutes walk to the 24 bus stop, which runs 24 hours a day into the West End. Chalk Farm tube is about a 10 min walk. The 46 bus takes about 20 mins to get to the Kings Cross Eurostar terminal. Kentish Town overground is 10 mins walk, Kentish Town tube 15 mins walk. Also close to Hampstead Heath (15 min walk), Camden market and Primrose Hill.

It is a relaxed, friendly, easygoing flat.
