Large double room in flat with deck and cleaner

Covid! we are very safe, i had covid last year so hopefully immune for a while

Hello all

I have a room available in a shared flat with 2 other rooms, available from Feb 1st Chetwynd Road, NW5 1BX

The room itself is very big with a double bed, it also includes lots of storage space and a tv etc

The flat has a huge deck outside which gets the sun all day, perfect for bbqs etc. Everything is recently decorated and in good condition, and the bathroom/kitchen have both been recently renovated.

The room is £675 each month plus £75 flat for super fast broadband, a weekly cleaner who cleans all rooms as well as all of the bills.

The room is a double but we can't accommodate couples unfortunately, ideally looking for someone friendly and quiet :)

Transport links are very good, a few minutes walk from Tufnell Park station (northern line) Kentish Town (northern line, overground to stratford) and Gospel Oak (overground to everywhere). The area is very safe, part of a little neighbourhood with some nice pubs, shops, dry cleaners, deli etc
