Bright single room in gorgeous 1950s flat.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY (4 nights) let only.
Spacious, bright single room available for weekday let. l live in a gorgeous 1950s block a minute from Hampstead Heath, and close to Gospel Oak overground and Kentish Town stations. The 2 bedroomed flat is refurbished but has kept its original 1950s fittings. One shared bathroom, a lovely living room opens out on to a long, blue-and-white tiled balcony with leafy views, a spacious hallway, and the large kitchen is newly-fitted. Parquet flooring is throughout the living areas, with carpeted bedrooms. On the 4th floor, the flat is light and airy, gets a great through breeze, even during a heatwave, but warm in the winter.
I like Friday to Monday morning to myself (though Sunday night through to Thursday morning stays are fine). I am a writer and editor and work at home, and am preferably looking for a female professional who has their primary home elsewhere but whose work commute means they need to stay in London during the week. I am friendly but respectful of boundaries, and ask the same of you,
I am up early for walks on the heath so you will have sole use of flat/bathroom. living room and kitchen before work.
