Hi,

I am looking for someone to share a spacious 2 bedroom flat in the Gospel Oak/Kentish Town area.

The room available is a large single, with built in wardrobe and a desk/chair. The room also has direct access to the garden patio. The flat has access to a very large enclosed communal garden as well.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine and dishwasher.
The living/dining room has 2 very comfy sofas as well as dining table/chairs. This also opens onto the balcony, ideal for BBQs in the summer.

The flat is situated very near to Gospel Oak station (only 5 min walk!) which connects 2 Overground lines. It is also only 10 mins walk to Chalk Farm and Kentish Town stations; these are both on separate branches of the Northern line providing quick access into (and out of) Central London. The bus stop is only a few minutes away for 24 and 46 services.

Hampstead Heath is just the other side of Gospel Oak station and Camden Town is less than 20 minutes away. There are plenty of shops and pubs nearby.
