The location of the flat really is fantastic - we have great access to Parliament Hill and Hampstead Heath, a stones throw from the outdoor Lido, and we have access to the resident's tennis court (great for the summer). Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, corner shops and a farmers market all within a 5 minute walk.

Transport connections are great - we are a 6-7 minute walk from Kentish Town station, and 1 minute from Gospel Oak overground (both Zone 2).

I have lived in the property for over a year and Chris joined a couple of months ago. We both work full time and have our own social circles, but like to make the effort to have house dinners, the odd pint at the local etc when time allows.

One month rents in advance, £765 and deposit, £800, is needed upfront.
