Double Room Gospel Oak

Hello,

I am renting out my double room from the 1st of May onward.

The flat is situated at just a five minutes walk from Gospel Oak Overground Station (Zone 2). There are numerous bus routes to Kentish Town and Camden (all buses a five to ten minute walk from the flat, including 24 hour buses) such as the C11, the 46 and the 24, bringing you to where there is both and Overground and underground (northern line) each take just ten minutes and are very frequent!

We are also a ten minute walk from Hampstead Heath! (Very close to beautiful parks for the summer and the Royal Free Hospital) These surrounding areas all include easy access to Morrisons, Aldi, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and an array of bars, shops, coffee shops, nightclubs and the beautiful Camden markets!

The room itself has A double bed, wardrobe and drawers for storage are provided. It also comes with a balcony which is perfect for the upcoming summer months!

The flat itself has a separate toilet and shower room, a shared living room and a kitchen (we have two fridges because we love food). My two housemates Bridget and Esme are easy going, friendly and they make amazing cups of tea. We are from Canada, Ireland and Spain! We have another room opening up in the apartment soon so if you know anyone or would like to move with a friend/couple (it's a big room) please let me know.

Deposit required is one month of rent in advance and one months rent as a safety deposit.
