Hello,
we have a room available in our 3 bed house. It's a bright furnished double bedroom.

Gospel Oak is lovely, we live 2 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath, on a quiet residential street a minute from Gospel Oak station.

-The room is light, warm and quiet, with a built in wardrobe, a double bed, and bedside tables.

The house is a bright and airy terraced property, and we have friendly neighbours both sides.
It has a large lounge that opens out onto a nice south facing garden, perfect for summer barbecues, and growing stuff, (we have an apple and a pear tree!).
The house has a big fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob and lots of storage.
There is also a utility room that adjoins the kitchen - ideal for storing bikes etc.

Location wise, we are ten minutes walk from the newly rebuilt Kentish Town gym and swimming pools, Tesco, the Co-op, Budgens, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer are also nearby. Other smaller local shops are close by as are the cafes and bars of Hampstead Heath village. A big plus is being near the Heath which is perfect for walks, runs, swimming in the ponds, concerts at Kenwood House and more besides.

About us:
Two lovely housemates, one British and one Italian in our early 30s.
We're professionals and are easy-going people. We are looking for a professional, a non-smoker, who is tidy and considerate, to share our nice home.

For travel, we are:
- One-ish minutes walk from Gospel Oak station.
- Ten-ish minutes walk from Belsize Park, Chalk Farm and Kentish Town Tube stations.
- There are also regular buses in and out of town (we are on a night bus route 214 and 24).

The rent is:

£750a month inc bills (Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, Virgin TV, wireless Broadband).
The deposit is £1000
...18 month of fixed rent and NO Agency FEE!
