Large room available fully furnished and with an en-suite, in a very lovely, spacious two bed flat. The flat is a 2 minute walk from a bus stop, 8 minute walk to the DLR and 11 minute to Deptford train station (6 minute train to London Bridge from here).
The flat has a spacious living room and good sized, fully equipped kitchen, as well as another bathroom. It comes with a parking space.
It’s only an 10 minute walk to Greenwich, a beautiful and historic area with an array of restaurants and shops, as well as a huge, lovely park. Deptford high street is also a ten minute walk from the flat.
There is a big Waitrose a couple of minutes walk away, 2 Tesco expresses and a little. Sainsbury’s. It is also a 30 second walk to the Thames with great views of The Shard and Canary Wharf.
You would be sharing with Lianne who works for a wine company (occasional free wine!).
I am leaving the flat as I am moving in with my partner. We are looking for someone who is relaxed, friendly, relatively tidy and will enjoy socialising, as well as their own space within the flat.

The move in date is flexible (within reason) as I can move out whenever.
