Looking for friendly clean flatmate to be on teh contract with me from July. Free 4 week rent for the right person from May 25th.

Female working as Marketing Manager in Canary Wharf.

Looking for a flat mate for this cool modern 2 bed flat with en-suite to the bedrooms (the flat allows privacy as you have your own good size space) though it would be nice to have someone who wants to hang out in the common living room area sometimes for wine/dinner/Netflix/games etc.

Building has cool hang out areas on the 22nd floor(roof) where you can invite people over (terrace, pool tables, work from home area, bbq, etc). I can send you video viewings of those if you are interested; ping me.

Great amenities (free internet, free gym, free use of entertainment areas, bike storage, 4 min to Cutty Stark and 5 min to Greenwich DLR + 24 min cycle to canary wharf + optional off street parking at extra cost). Also, option to hire space for events at cheap rate.

Small Pets are allowed - I have a small pomchi puppy.
