Looking for an extra person to join us in our townhouse in Greenwich.
we currently have a room going in our house, situated in the heart of Greenwich. It is a top floor double room, semi furnished with views of the naval college right ahead. The house has 5 bedrooms in total plus a spare room. There is a bathroom on the top floor, WC and living room on the ground floor and kitchen in the basement, as well as an amazing outdoor space with views of the Cutty Sark ship.
The room comes part furnished, technically the house is unfurnished but from people leaving furniture in rooms there are bits and pieces to be used.
I have lived in the house for the past year and a half, and loved it! Moving in to the flat also we have two girls, one who works in visual merchandising and another in TV, and Rob who works at the museums in Greenwich. (And I work in TV also)
The rent is £561 a month, plus around £90 for bills. There is also extra water bill every three months and TV licence. The deposit is £540.
It is a years contract starting from end of July. References will be needed for the letting agent.
