King size room, short term let only

This room is a lovely, large quiet space situated right next to a shower room. There is a study available too which is ideal for working from home. There is another bathroom and also downstairs toilet available for use.

I am the owner of the house and live here with one 22 year old daughter who is at University term time. I work from the house as a sports massage therapist, go to the gym daily and walk my dog in Greenwich park which is 5 minutes away.

The nearest station is Westcombe Park overground which goes in to London Bridge in 20 mins. We are also 20 mins walk to Blackheath station or the underground jubilee line at North Greenwich.

The house has a spacious open plan kitchen living room and another separate living room with TV and fireplace. We have a huge lovely garden for relaxing in during the summer months with BBQ and outside tables, sunloungers etc. There is off street parking and a garage for bike storage .


My house is for sale/on the market so I am really looking for short term lodgers who might be looking for something to bridge a gap themselves. As with all house sales we never know how long it will take to get a buyer so there will be a minimum notice period of 8-12 weeks as and when I receive an offer.

We have a dog who loves to play and go for walks any time and a friendly cat! So animal lovers a must!
