Cute, cosy, double available for one person from early March. Room includes a double bed (with under bed storage), desk (with built-in drawers), chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. There is also a cupboard located within the hallway if extra storage is needed.

Modern, clean bathroom with bathtub and shower, which you’ll be sharing with only one other person as one room has an en-suite. The dining/living room is a great space filled with lots of natural light and is perfect for relaxing in the evening and hosting the occasional party. Kitchen is equipped with all the usual amenities (fridge freezer, oven, hob etc…) as well as a washing machine and dishwasher (no need to wash your dishes by hand, hooray!)

The piéce de résistance can be found on the 12th floor and is an amazing roof terrace shared between the apartment block with great views of the London skyline. It’s perfect for sunbathing on those three days of hot weather during British summer and provides front row seats to the NYE fireworks.

You’ll be sharing with two lovely girls (Ella and Eleanor), both 27 and working professionals. They’re currently WFH and spending 1-2 days a week in the office. The house has really chilled vibes during the week with everyone enjoying to relax with a trashy TV series or a glass of wine. Come the weekend everyone mostly does their own thing so this flat would be great for an independent professional who has their own things going on.

The flat itself is located right on the Deptford/Greenwich border within a 10-minute walk to Deptford train station, which has great connections to London Bridge, and Cutty Sark DLR. The 188 and 47 buses also run right by the house with great links into to central and Shoreditch. There’s a Sainsburys local and Tesco express located on the same road as the flat (less than a 2-minute walk), a large Waitrose (if you’re feeling bouji) 5 minutes from the flat, and everybody’s favourite Lidl within a 25-minute walk.

Greenwich park and Greenwich market can be found right on your doorstep, there’s loads of great pubs within the area (been here more than a year and still haven’t been to them all). Deptford itself has great vibes on a Friday/Saturday with several fun, cocktail bars as well as a taproom so you definitely won’t run out of things to do in the local area.
